Resolutions

I did 12 GOALS for 2012. Hopefully I will acheive at least one :D

1. A picture a day for 365 days
2. Get to goal weight
3. Learn to communicate better
4. Make a vegetarian meal 2x per month
5. Learn to save, instead of "spend to save"
6. Do one thing a month that scares me
7. Keep the house cleaner and more organized
8. Have a date with Chad each month
9. Read to Kaeden EVERY day
10. Read at least 25 new books
11. Make at least 90% of Brennan's baby food
12. Earn $300 from swagbucks

Goodbye 2011 :D

Brennan has his first sickness. He has bronchiolitis (not Bronchitis) He is on antibiotics, which he doesn't seem to be allergic too (always good) and breathing treatments which is the saddest thing I have EVER seen. He is acting like his normal happy self and for that I am super thankful.

He weighed 15 pounds, 13 oz and was 25.1 inches long. He is SUCH a big boy :D

I am still feeling kinda crappy though I'm trying my hardest to shake it before Thursday.

I really want to take the time to say THANK YOU to everyone who sent Kaeden and/or Brennan something for Christmas.

I have some New Years Resolutions but I haven't completely thought them all out just yet. So when I get it figured out I am going to post them on here so I have a place to be accountable for my goals this year.

Here's some pictures of our New Years baby.

Merry Christmas!

Good Morning Readers, and Merry Christmas!

This morning has been nothing short of excellent so far! I have lots of things to say as always, and even more pictures than normal. I am posting all the pictures of the kids I have edited so far so that my family can see them this morning. I will come back and add more at the end of the evening, but just wanted to get these out to them as soon as possible. We love you guys and really miss you guys today!

Also, my phone is incredibly messed up right now. I can't really text or make calls. I'm not even sure if I can answer the phone if I get a call. So if you don't hear from me today that's why!

Merry Christmas Eve!!!

The last 2 nights have been nothing short of magical!

A few weeks ago Chad and I were talking about some our favorite Christmas traditions. I brought up how my parents and I used to drive around and look at Christmas lights and how it's so rare to see that these days because of the cost of electricity and people "going green". I also remember how my nana (who is not the most skilled of cooks-I love you nana) would order a tray of nuggets from Chick-fil- A.

So we did a little research and found an amazing neighborhood in Valencia....where there just so happens to be a Chick-Fil-A! The light display in this neighborhood was unlike anything I had EVER seen. Each house had a snipet of the Night Before Christmas in their yard, there were carrollers; it was just pure Christmas magic. It was hard to snap pictures cause we were moving and the light was low but I tried to get a couple.

Today was a mellow day, but I somehow managed to totally screw up dinner. Oh wait, now that I've typed out how bad of a cook my nana is, I'm seeing that this was karma. Perhaps I should have picked up a nugget tray last night. Hmmm....next year! Kaeden and Brennan were allowed to open a "present" from Gran and Pat. They sent it last week as a non-Christmas present but with it being so close to Christmas I didn't want them to open it just yet. However, because it was a Christmas theme I wanted them to enjoy it and allowed them to open it today. Kaeden is in love and honestly it's incredibly cool. Brennan doesn't care now but I have a feeling in a couple years he will! It's a little dog named Jingle and when you read his book to him he barks and whines at certain times in the book-way cool! He also came with a DVD which we watched right before bed. We also made a gingerbread house that turned out better than any other in years past, and made some pretty "sweet" cookies for Santa.

Speaking of Santa, it's time to go suit up and get all the kids presents under the tree!

I'm sure there will be more pictures of tomorrow than anyone ever wanted ;)

Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!

Thanks Gran and Pat!!!

K pouring milk for Santa. He also wrote a letter "Santa, all I wot is skylanders Thank You From Kaeden." It's a good thing Chad bought skylanders earlier this week for him!!!

Yes that is an awesome WonderWoman gingerbread woman!

Help me pick

So I am the worst ever at making decisions, I really am.

We are having family pictures made in Hawaii and the worst part about it all is trying to figure out what we are all going to wear. I've decided to go with a blue/white theme. It is really a miracle I've even made it that far, now here is the next decision... what does a girl who just had a baby, is still breastfeeding and weighs 20 pounds too much wear?

I have narrowed it down to these 5 things (for now)

Option 1: I love this but it's the most expensive and breastfeeding would not be fun in it....but it's SOOOOOO cute!

Option 2

Option 3 (but in blue) I'm thinking this *might* be a bad choice because I have very broad shoulders

Option 4: Super Simple

Option 5: I actually already ordered this dress it just hasn't arrived yet. I bought it as a beach cover up but I'm wondering if it is cute enough to do our pictures in.

I totally need your thoughts readers!!
